Dior expands its Gem Dior collection with new pieces
Dior has expanded the Gem Dior assortment, which was first launched in 2021, with new fashions designed by Dior Joaillerie’s inventive director Victoire de Castellane.
The gathering continues to spotlight a geometrical motif, with the “masterfully organized” stacking of small rectangles.
Dior says the uneven raised floor “provides rhythm and provides a very sensual expertise to the contact” to the jewelry.
The gathering consists of seven rings and 7 bracelets that allow “multi-use and mix-and-match fashion.”
As with the unique assortment, which mixed jewellery and clockwork, two watch fashions full the newest Gem Dior installment.
The jewelery retailer mentioned the formed watches “mirror the aesthetic of your complete assortment”, with the interaction of contrasting supplies, colours and densities expressed in malachite, gold, metal, lapis lazuli and arduous stones.
The concept of the geological layer and the pure geometry of the uncut stones had been De Castellane’s inspiration for the brand new items. This focus has been “expensive” for the inventive director since Dior’s 2019 haute joaillerie assortment.
A tribute to high fashion and the founding father of the home may also be distinguished within the likeness of the small cloth samples that Christian Dior put collectively on massive map boards.
